Veiled Voices Leadership Project is collaborating with the School of Education at American University to create lesson plans for secondary education. The educational materials will ask students to think about what they know about Islam while identifying any stereotypes they might have. Students will learn vocabulary, comparative religion and gender studies by reflecting on their own experiences and the world around them.
